Endless Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer database, implementing CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The CRM specialist will also be responsible for training staff on CRM best practices and assisting with the development of new CRM initiatives. Job Description

- Manage and maintain customer relationship management system
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align customer initiatives
- Create and oversee loyalty programs and customer satisfaction surveys
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer engagement
- Provide training and support to staff on CRM best practices
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in CRM
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Collaborate with IT department to optimize CRM system functionality.
