The Company Secretary at ARK CORPORATE ADVISORS PVT. LTD. will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all company laws and regulations, maintaining corporate records, and overseeing corporate governance matters. The role includes managing board meetings, preparing board agendas and minutes, and advising on legal and regulatory issues. The Company Secretary will also liaise with external regulators and stakeholders, handle company filings, and manage company secretarial duties. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of company law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and proactively. A Company Secretary qualification and prior experience in a similar role are preferred. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and legal compliance of the company.
Job Description

- Serve as the chief administrative officer of the company
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and file necessary documents with government authorities
- Coordinate and prepare agendas for board meetings
- Record minutes of board meetings and maintain corporate records
- Liaise with external legal counsel on various matters
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
- Advise the board on governance issues and best practices
- Coordinate shareholder meetings and communications
- Handle correspondence and communication with stakeholders.
