As the Customer Experience Manager at Peer to Peer HR Services, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer interactions and satisfaction. Your main duties will include managing a team of customer service representatives, creating and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience, and resolving any customer issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner. Job Description

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Oversee the customer service team, providing leadership and guidance
- Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements to processes and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor key performance indicators and establish goals for the customer experience team
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure timely and effective resolution
- Stay current on industry best practices and trends in customer experience management
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for customer service representatives
- Create and maintain customer communication channels, including social media and email
- Drive initiatives to drive positive customer reviews and referrals.
