As a US Voice Process at BSCJE, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers in the United States. Your main duties will include providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns, verifying account information, and updating customer records. Additionally, you will have to adhere to call scripts, accurately input data into the system, and meet performance targets set by the company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a clear and professional phone manner, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with CRM software are highly desirable. Job Description

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from US customers regarding product inquiries, account maintenance, and order processing
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns and finding solutions to meet their needs
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient call handling
- Collaborate with team members to share customer feedback and best practices for improving customer satisfaction
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's database to track customer history and communication
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining professionalism and composure
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role preferred, but not required.

Shift Timing: 5 days working with any two consecutive week off/ 9hrs working.
