Job Description
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel requirements
- Utilize online booking systems to check flight availability and pricing
- Coordinate with airlines to secure seats for clients
- Provide clients with information on flight schedules, luggage regulations, and check-in procedures
- Assist clients with making changes to their bookings or cancellations
- Ensure bookings are entered accurately and confirmations are sent to clients
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to flight bookings
- Stay up-to-date on airline policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
