- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Maintain accurate customer records in the database
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat
- Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations
- Follow up on customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Assist in training new customer care representatives when necessary
