Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Initiate the recruitment process from sourcing to screening resumes
  • Schedule and conduct technical assessments and interviews
  • Execute the employee onboarding process
  • Maintenance and Updation of personnel files
  • HR operational activities – Payroll, PF, ESIC
  • Assist HR team with employee engagement activities

Educational Qualifications and Work Experience

  • Minimum Graduate in Human Resource Management Studies/BMS
  • Experience – 6months to 1 year

Language and IT proficiency

  • English, Hindi Marathi
  • MS Office (Word/Excel/PPT)hum
