Job Description
Required Skills:-
- Excellent English + south language
- Good knowledge on handling KPI & KRA like Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Utilisation, people management, Quality etc
- Should have worked on bucket, portfolio, DPD, PDD, STABILIZATION, NORMALISATION, SKIP TRACE ETC
- Excellent in collection strategy and driving team
- Focus towards fulfilling the business requirements.
- DAILER Knowledge is added advantage
- Proficiency in excel reporting
Experience:-
- At least 1- 2 year exp with the relevant domain.
Working days:-
- 6 days working, 1 week off.
