Job Description
Accountabilities:
 Ensure health safety security of all stakeholders present in the premises.
 Prepare the dispatch plan for the unit, as per the BOQ.
 Create a step-by-step timeline for production in coordination with the Production, Sales and Planning team members
 To coordinate between the stages of production to ensure that our Production Targets are achieved as per contractual delivery date.
 Troubleshoot all problems that may be arising with respect to timely completion of the Production Plan
 Ensure proper execution of Material and Daily Production Plan, both in-house and at outsourced vendors’ place, with proper adherence to the Quality.
 Assess daily reports from Inhouse, and Outsourced Production units.
 Provide correct MIS data, including plan versus actual, to the Management on daily / weekly / monthly basis.
 Make effective decisions and use authority so that dispatch plan is timely executed.
 Ensure that all resources are available on time to eliminate delay.
Desired Profile:
 BE/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Paint Technology will be preferred.
 Or B. Sc or M. Sc Chemistry with Good Experience in Paint Companies
 10+ Years of proven work experience in Paint Industries Prefered.
 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
 Team Management, grievance resolution
 Good written and verbal communication skills
