Companies like Yubi have hired over 100 graduates, while Erekrut plans to visit prominent institutions such as the Faculty of Management Studies and the Indian School of Business. According to CEO Ajay Goyal, Erekrut is focusing on securing top talent from IIMs and other renowned B-schools. Despite fewer startups participating in campus placements, salaries for management trainee roles remain attractive, ranging between ₹15 and ₹35 lakh.
