Job Description

Position: Virtual Relationship Manager (Voice Process)

Location: Thane

Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Salary: ₹3 LPA to ₹10 LPA

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Professionals

Age Limit: Up to 32 years

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers over the phone to understand their financial needs and offer suitable banking products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service.

Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.

Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with banking policies.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

 

 

Required Skills:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone.

Proactive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset.

Basic understanding of banking products and services (training provided for freshers).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

 

Shift Schedule:

Day shifts for female employees.o

Rotational shifts for male employees.

Alternate Saturdays off and fixed Sundays off.

 

Educational Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.

 

Work Environment:

Work from office (WFO) located in Thane.
