Job Description
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for US-based engineering positions (Electrical/IT).
Coordinating with hiring managers to understand job specifications.
Managing candidate pipelines and supporting recruitment activities during US business hours (7 PM to 4 AM IST).
Requirements:
Fresh graduates or undergraduates (passed out between 2022 and 2024).
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Able to work on-site at either Mohali, Chandigarh, or Hyderabad, Telangana.
