Job Description

for HR Analyst , 2 for HR Recruiter HR Analyst Responsibilities: Collecting data on payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews. Implementing relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce. Analyzing data and statistics for trends with regard to recruitment practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws. Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems. Compiling reports of data results and presenting these to senior managers. Identifying short- and long-term goals to ensure top-notch employee performance. Recommending policies that will improve the culture within the company and suggest ways in which to hire the best candidates for the job. Evaluating jobs and reviewing both existing and new positions and communicating the results of this to senior management. Identifying why candidates and employees choose to work within a company and recommending areas in the workplace that can be improved. Reviewing job descriptions to impact positively on employee retention. Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Role : HR Analyst 2. Collect the employee data and import the data by using Software like power Bi and Tableau etc 3. Data's like employees data and calculating payroll 4. HR Analyst comes under retention and payroll 5. work from home 6. Shift timing 10.00am-5.00pm 7. 10 days of Training with project 8. After Training will be getting into On-Boarding 9. HR Intern 30 days The tools and description will be added in below link www.edutechit.co.in Freshers required Basic communication needed & Basic systematic skills needed to handle software Role : HR Analyst Salary : 15000 After training Training days : 10 days Saturday and Sunday week off Shift timing: 10.00-5.00pm Training timing 10-3.00pm Training and placement only Training charges applicable too Procedure was same Test the communication skills and systematic skills for the trust worthy For systematic skills I will support you the questions for HR Analyst
