Job Description

Adam Vacation is a leading travel agency dedicated to providing exceptional travel planning and booking services to our clients. We specialize in creating personalized travel experiences that meet the unique needs and preferences of each traveller. We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Agent with expertise in hotel bookings and car rentals to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:-

Hotel Booking:
· Research, recommend, and book suitable hotel accommodations for clients based on their preferences, budget, and travel itinerary.
· Negotiate rates and secure the best deals with hotel partners.
· Ensure all hotel bookings are accurately recorded and confirmed, and provide clients with detailed information about their accommodations.
· Handle any special requests or requirements, such as accessibility needs, room upgrades, or special amenities.

Car Rentals:
· Arrange car rentals that match clients' needs, preferences, and travel plans.
· Negotiate rental terms and prices to secure competitive rates for clients.
· Coordinate with car rental companies to ensure smooth pick-up and drop-off arrangements.
· Provide clients with comprehensive details about rental agreements, insurance options, and vehicle features.
· Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving booking issues, and providing travel advice.
· Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their travel arrangements meet their expectations.
· Handle any changes or cancellations to bookings promptly and efficiently.

Administrative Duties:
· Maintain accurate records of all bookings, payments, and client interactions.
· Prepare detailed itineraries, travel documents, and invoices for clients.
· Stay updated on industry trends, new hotel openings, and car rental policies.

Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Travel Agent, with a strong focus on hotel bookings and car rentals.
· Excellent knowledge of travel booking systems and online reservation tools.
· Strong negotiation skills and the ability to secure the best rates and deals for clients.
· Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
· High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel-related software.
· Certification in travel and tourism or related field is a plus.
