- Design and deliver engaging training programs to new employees and existing staff
- Develop training curriculum and materials based on company needs and goals
- Conduct training sessions in both a classroom and virtual setting
- Monitor and evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Serve as a mentor and coach to new employees during their onboarding process
- Assist in creating training schedules and coordinating logistics for training sessions
- Ensure that training materials and resources are up to date and accessible to all staff members
- Create and distribute training reports and assessments to track progress and measure impact.
