Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Diploma Trainee/Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will assist in welding processes, participate in production activities, involve in fitting operations, and contribute to Research and Development (R&D) department tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in welding processes
- Participate in production activities
- Involve in fitting operations
- Contribute to Research and Development (R&D) department tasks

Benefits:

- Salary: ₹14,000 take-home per month (excluding PF, ESI, and overtime)
- Shift: General Shift (8:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Cab Facilities: Available for Porur and Kundrathur locations
- Food: Provided during shift timings
- Location: Amarambedu (located behind Irungattukottai)
- PF and ESI benefits
- Overtime compensation separate from monthly take-home salary

Requirements:

- Diploma or Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Fresh to 3 years of experience
- Strong understanding of welding processes and mechanical systems
