Job Description
- Develop comprehensive onboarding programs to introduce new hires and trainees to the company’s trading strategies, tools, and market insights.
- Create and implement structured training programs for employees and trainees, ensuring they are well-equipped with the necessary skills to excel in domestic and Overseas Trading.
- Act as a mentor to trading team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their career growth within Rising Capital Group.
- Monitor employee and trainee performance, provide regular feedback, and recommend development opportunities or promotions where appropriate.
- Work closely with the HR department to ensure alignment on recruitment, development, and retention strategies specific to the trading team.
