- Responsible for handling ticketing inquiries and providing prompt and accurate information to clients
- Process ticket orders and ensure all details are correct before issuance
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other vendors to secure the best rates and availability for clients
- Prepare and submit ticketing reports to management on a regular basis
- Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations to ensure compliance
- Assist with any ticketing-related issues or discrepancies that may arise
- Provide excellent customer service to meet and exceed client expectations
- Collaborate with the sales team to support them in booking and confirming travel arrangements
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all ticketing transactions
- Act as a point of contact for clients before, during, and after their travel experience.
