Key Responsibilities: 1.Identifying opportunities: Actively search for relevant tenders, analyzing market trends and government procurement notices to identify potential business opportunities. 2.Tender analysis: Thoroughly review tender documents, understanding the client's requirements, specifications, evaluation criteria, and timelines. 3.Strategy development: Lead the development of a winning bid strategy, including pricing, technical approach, and value proposition, collaborating with internal teams like sales, operations, and technical experts. 4.Bid preparation: Manage the bid writing process, ensuring all tender documents are completed accurately and comprehensively, adhering to deadlines. 5.Compliance management: Ensure all bids comply with relevant regulations, legal requirements, and company policies. 6.Team coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams across departments to gather necessary information, technical expertise, and pricing details for the bid submission. 7.Risk assessment: Identify potential risks within the tender process and develop mitigation strategies. 8.Reporting and analysis: Track tender progress, maintain detailed records, and generate reports on win/loss analysis to identify areas for improvement. Requirements: 1.Strong analytical skills: Ability to interpret complex tender documents and develop data-driven strategies. 2.Excellent communication skills: Clear and concise writing and verbal communication to effectively convey proposals and negotiate with clients. Must have a voice of clarity; and have leadership qualities Should be able to multitask, should be able to take stress and can able to communicate at any time, so he should be available 3.Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adhering to timelines. 4.Industry knowledge: Deep knowledge of the relevant industry regulations, standards, and tendering processes. 5.Negotiation skills: Confidence in negotiating contract terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
