Job description

Preference should be given to the candidates from Civil/Architectural/PMC industry back ground.

 

  • Tender Executive/ Managers who could Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids/ design competitions.
  • Searching Tenders from Govt. e-procurement portals.
  • Identifying appropriate associates/ partners and form JVs for technically strong and financially competitive proposals, roles and responsibilities, preparation of bid fee estimation for each consortium.
  • Gathering information about new tenders floated for large infrastructure projects, Water Sector, urban mass transit (Airports, Railways and Metros), Land Port, Sea Port, Commercial Institutional, Industrial and Private sector clients.
  • Tender preparation as per techno-commercial scope of work given in tenders, attending Pre-bid meeting.
  • Manage bidding process, form JVs/Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/partners till bid submission,
  • For successful bids manage work delivery between partners and internal team.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
  • Follow-up with clients on submitted proposals status/ way forward, issuing of award letters/ performance/ completion certificates and identifying new opportunities.
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
  • Track metrics to ensure targets re hit.
  • Ensure timely submission of all tenders without fail.
  • Excellent presentation preparing skill & communication skill.
  • Formulate new ideas and strategies for generating more business opportunities.

Required Candidate profile

  • English Communication is Must
  • Candidate should be from Civil background experience
  • Candidate should be able to handle individually Tender work(searching till submission & Post Bid queries handling.
