Preference should be given to the candidates from Civil/Architectural/PMC industry back ground.

Tender Executive/ Managers who could Track Tenders/RFPs for new bids/ design competitions.
Searching Tenders from Govt. e-procurement portals.
Identifying appropriate associates/ partners and form JVs for technically strong and financially competitive proposals, roles and responsibilities, preparation of bid fee estimation for each consortium.
Gathering information about new tenders floated for large infrastructure projects, Water Sector, urban mass transit (Airports, Railways and Metros), Land Port, Sea Port, Commercial Institutional, Industrial and Private sector clients.
Tender preparation as per techno-commercial scope of work given in tenders, attending Pre-bid meeting.
Manage bidding process, form JVs/Consortiums with partner firms, prepare bid documents, follow-up with client/partners till bid submission,
For successful bids manage work delivery between partners and internal team.
Build relationships with prospective clients.
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
Follow-up with clients on submitted proposals status/ way forward, issuing of award letters/ performance/ completion certificates and identifying new opportunities.
Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
Track metrics to ensure targets re hit.
Ensure timely submission of all tenders without fail.
Excellent presentation preparing skill & communication skill.
Formulate new ideas and strategies for generating more business opportunities.

Required Candidate profile

English Communication is Must
Candidate should be from Civil background experience
Candidate should be able to handle individually Tender work(searching till submission & Post Bid queries handling.
