Tenderdetail.com is seeking a motivated and energetic Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The primary responsibilities of this role include making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to our services, and persuading them to use our platform for their tender needs. The Telesales Representative will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and documenting all sales activities. Job Description

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote Tenderdetail.com services
- Identify and qualify leads by understanding client needs and requirements
- Provide product information and pricing details to interested customers
- Follow up with leads and provide ongoing customer service support
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with sales team to optimize strategies and improve overall sales performance
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors to enhance sales effectiveness
- Utilize CRM system to manage customer information and sales leads efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
