- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote vacation packages
- Provide information about the services offered by Pinal Holidays and answer any inquiries
- Meet and exceed sales quotas by persuading customers to make reservations
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the company database
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales techniques
- Achieve a high level of customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to improve sales skills
- Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to achieve individual and team sales goals.
