Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products or services. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to secure repeat business. Data Management: Accurately enter and update customer information in the company's CRM system. Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and sales strategies. Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
Job Description

- Provide clinic support by administering medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians
- Assist with animal restraint and handling during examinations and procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records for each animal seen
- Clean and sterilize examination rooms and equipment
- Monitor the well-being of animals before and after procedures
- Educate clients on proper animal care and medication administration
- Assist with surgical procedures and post-operative care
- Perform laboratory tests such as bloodwork and urinalysis
- Administer vaccines and other preventive medications
- Keep inventory of medical supplies and order as needed
