Job Description
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products or services
- Handling inbound calls from customers regarding queries or orders
- Achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the management
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Updating and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify new opportunities for growth
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Following up on leads and closing sales effectively
Languages known :- English ,Telugu , Kannada & Hindi
Salary :- 18,000 per month to 25000 per month + Incentives
