Biosync Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads, and promoting our pharmaceutical products and services. The Telecaller must have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and have the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in telemarketing or sales, as well as a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. Job Description

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote company products
- Handle inbound calls from customers and address their queries and concerns
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive sales and meet targets
- Update information in the company's CRM system
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate features and benefits
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all interactions with customers
- Meet daily and weekly call quotas as set by management
- Continuously strive to improve telecalling skills and techniques
