Job Description
Position : Lead Generation Specialist Department : Real Estate Qualification : SSLC, PUC, Graduate Experience : Fresher Or Experience Timings : 9:30AM - 6:30PM (Sunday Off) Salary : 13,000 - 16,000 + Attractive incentives based on your performance Process : Voice process (outbound calling) Location : Kudlu Gate (Novel Tech Park) Requirement : Good communication skills in English, Kannada Job Summary: As a Lead Generation Specialist in the Real Estate Department, your primary responsibility is to identify and generate potential leads for the organization. You will be responsible for conducting research, implementing lead generation strategies, and maintaining a consistent flow of qualified leads for the real estate team. Your efforts will contribute to the growth and success of the organization by ensuring a steady stream of potential clients and opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to identify potential clients and generate quality leads for the real estate department. Cold Calling and Outreach: Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to qualify their interest and gather relevant information. Qualification and Evaluation: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they meet the organization's requirements and have genuine potential for business opportunities. Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and relevant information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or any designated lead tracking tool. Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing strategies to maintain contact with qualified leads, build relationships, and keep them engaged until they are ready to move forward with real estate transactions.
