- Answer inbound inquiries and provide information about services offered
- Schedule appointments for clients to meet with consultants
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and appointments
- Meet daily and monthly call targets set by management
- Collaborate with team members to improve call scripts and processes
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all clients
- Continuously strive to improve communication skills and sales techniques.
