Responsibilities:
1] Customer Engagement:
Call existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
Use sales scripts the company provides to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
2] Order Management:
Accurately record details of customers’ purchase orders.
Process all customer purchases accordingly.
3] Lead Generation:
Generate promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
4] Customer Account Management:
Manage customer accounts by ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
5] Product Knowledge:
Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
6] Target Achievement:
Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets concerning call volume and sales.
Requirements:
1] Technical Skills:
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to follow scripts.
2] Sales Skills:
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Experience:
6 months to 2 years of work experience in telesales.

9-hour shifts.
Compensation:
Salary up to 35k CTC.
Incentives 40k+.
100rs conveyance per day.
