Team HR is seeking a motivated Tele Caller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients to pitch HR services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Duties include making a high volume of outbound calls, maintaining a database of contacts, and accurately recording information. Strong communication skills, a persuasive phone manner, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. The Tele Caller will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure successful client acquisition and retention. Job Description

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads
- Conduct follow-up calls to maintain relationships with existing clients
- Provide information about company services and products to customers
- Record details of each call in the CRM system
- Achieve monthly targets for number of calls made and leads generated
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up actions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions
- Meet deadlines for call quotas and lead management tasks

Salary (Fresher)-13000 in Hand
Salary (Experience)- 14000 to 19000 in hand

Job Location - Ramesh Nagar

Qualification - 10th, 12th
Job Timing - 10am to 06:30pm
