Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Follow up with interested clients to provide additional information and answer any questions
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to clients
- Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team member for resolution
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
