As a Tele caller at our company, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in order to generate leads and set up appointments for our sales team. Your main goal will be to promote our products and services, answer any questions that customers may have, and persuade them to take further action. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate records of all calls made and follow up with potential leads as needed. Job Description

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products or services
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
- Proactively follow up on leads and scheduling appointments for sales team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work towards meeting daily and monthly sales targets
- Upsell products and services to existing customers
- Demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and trends
