Job Description

Job Description: • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies • Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance and meet individual and team goals • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to discuss progress, identify development needs, and set goals • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their specific needs and requirements • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and market research • Prepare accurate and detailed reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecast • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure the team is selling the most current and relevant products and services • Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills:- • Ability to Manage the Team Size of atleast 10 members • Experience in developing and leading a high-performing sales team • Proven track record of achieving quotas and goals • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills Eligibility:- • 10, PUC, Any UG and PG graduates • Experienced in b2b, b2c, field sales, or related field • Language – Kannada (mandatory), Hindi and English
