JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience of following tech stacks:
- Back End – Fast API, MongoDB, Python, PGSQL
- Front End – React Js
- Dev ops – CI/CD, Jenkins, KuberNets, Linux servers, AWS, Azure, Redis
- Writing the optimised codes and ensuring that team is also doing the same.
- Supervising DevOps, Servers, and AI development related work and keeping everything in sync.
- Determining requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure work is delivered on time.
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage and track changes to the codebase
- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
- Motivating team and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
- Monitor front-end performance and implement optimizations to ensure fast loading times and a smooth user experience.
- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
TECHNICAL LEAD REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience of total experience and at least 5 years in a similar role ( tech lead)
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
