- Manage inventory and stock counts within the system
- Prepare and generate reports on financial data as required
- Verify and reconcile discrepancies in financial records
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely data entry
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for data management
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding financial data
