- Recruit and hire top cybersecurity professionals
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies
- Source potential candidates through a variety of channels
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
- Maintain applicant tracking system and keep records up to date
- Attend networking events and career fairs to build talent pipeline
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in cybersecurity recruitment
- Assist with onboarding process for new hires.
