Job Description
- Assist in crafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms
- Source potential candidates using online tools and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings with candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment metrics
- Assist in improving recruitment strategies and processes
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team
- Gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition operations.
