Job Description
- Assist talent acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidates
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Assist with onboarding of new hires
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis
- Provide support in organizing recruitment events and job fairs
- Help with updating and maintaining applicant tracking system
- Assist with creating job descriptions and job postings
- Learn about various recruitment strategies and best practices
- Gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment process
