Job Description
- Store Operations:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the store meets and exceeds sales targets and financial goals.
- Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff, including sales associates and support personnel
- Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Monitor and enhance the customer shopping experience through personalized service and engagement.
- Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain the store’s visual presentation, including merchandise displays, store layout, and signage, in accordance with brand guidelines.
Update product displays and signage to reflect seasonal trends and promotional events
