Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a courteous and welcoming manner.
Take orders and provide menu recommendations to guests.
Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
Handle payments and operate the POS system.
Uphold hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company policies.
