Job Description

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill open positions
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
- Maintain relationships with candidates and provide feedback throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews and assessments for potential candidates
