- Source and recruit candidates through various channels
- Screen applicants and conduct interviews to determine fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process
- Develop and maintain relationships with HR partners

- Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and trends
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices
