Job Description

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent for various positions within Ambuja Cement
- Conduct thorough screening and interview process to assess candidate qualifications and fit with company culture
- Manage recruitment pipelines and drive the end-to-end recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to enhance recruitment efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure a competitive advantage

- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience
