A-One Job consultancy is seeking a Sr. Purchase Executive to lead procurement activities for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services to meet organizational needs. Key responsibilities include developing procurement strategies, building relationships with suppliers, conducting cost analysis, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The Sr. Purchase Executive will also be in charge of inventory management, budget control, and risk assessment. Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven track record in procurement and supply chain management, are required for this role. Job Description

- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to maximize efficiency and cost savings
- Identify and vet potential suppliers in alignment with company standards and goals
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous pricing and terms
- Monitor and analyze market trends to anticipate changes in pricing and availability
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure purchasing needs are met in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
- Resolve any potential issues or disputes with suppliers in a timely and professional manner
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and innovations to improve purchasing processes
- Train and mentor junior purchasing staff to ensure departmental success
- Conduct regular performance evaluations to assess and improve purchasing processes.
