As a Senior Operations Manager at Dr ITM CX, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all operational aspects of the business. This includes overseeing daily operations, developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, and leading a team of operations staff. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing processes and procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions that drive business success. A passion for customer experience and innovation is also essential for this role.
Job Description

- Lead a team of operations managers to ensure the smooth functioning of the Dr ITM CX department
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational performance and efficiency
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, including budget management and resource allocation
- Collaborate with other department heads to drive cross-functional initiatives and projects
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues
- Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the operations team.
