Job Description

We are hiring for Sr. Java Developer- Support L3.

  • Candidate should be ready for On-Call 24/7 support for product outage issues.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Java and SQL.
  • Familiar with SOAP/REST, JSON, HTTP, HTTPS, Linux, Shell scripting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Troubleshooting - Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Has great customer service skills - You enjoy helping people find solutions to their questions and troubleshoot issues they may be experiencing.
  • Can talk functionality with R&D team members, and work with client success team to provide quick responses to customer requests.
  • Ability to triage, diagnose and drive resolution to customer support requests.
  • Have demonstrated experience using trace analysis, debugging, and source code to find workarounds and reproduce product issues, including application configuration and database-level investigations.
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
  • Learn and keep up to date with new features across all our products and services.
  • You will be required to apply working knowledge of Java and SQL.
  • Provide prompt and accurate issue resolutions to customers via interim fixes or minor bugfixes to minimize interruption to customers.
  • Document common issues and maintain a knowledge base for Frequently Asked Questions so that end-users can look up solutions independently.
  • Client Relationships - As a first point of contact, you will manage clients' expectations and relationships to deliver best-in-class customer relationships.
