Job Description
- Lead and manage the design team to produce high-quality visual and interactive designs
- Develop and execute creative concepts and solutions for various marketing and branding projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with company goals and objectives
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends to enhance design strategies
- Create and maintain design standards and guidelines for consistency across all projects
- Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and clients in a clear and compelling manner
- Utilize design software and tools to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
- Mentor and coach junior designers to foster their growth and development in the design field
