National Placement Services is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SQF Supervisor to oversee the implementation and maintenance of Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards at our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with SQF requirements, conducting audits, and developing and implementing food safety programs. This individual will also train staff on SQF protocols and procedures, conduct investigations into food safety incidents, and track and report on SQF performance metrics. The SQF Supervisor will work closely with production and quality control teams to identify and address any food safety issues, and will be responsible for keeping up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices. Job Description

- Oversee implementation and maintenance of SQF (Safe Quality Food) program
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with SQF regulations
- Develop and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to food safety
- Train and mentor employees on food safety practices
- Coordinate with external auditors for SQF certification process
- Investigate and resolve any food safety issues or concerns
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to food safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to food safety
- Communicate effectively with management and stakeholders on SQF program updates and achievements.
