Job Description
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and secure top talent for the company
- Build relationships with key external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruiting
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to making offers
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring
- Stay informed on changes and advancements in recruitment technology to improve sourcing efficiency
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company to attract top talent
- Continuously work to optimize the sourcing process and improve candidate quality.
