Job Description
We are hiring for Social Media Marketing Executive.
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure the brand's social media presence remains innovative and effective.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to text, image, and video content.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually appealing and brand-consistent content.
Community Management:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels, fostering positive interactions and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach.
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to meet specific goals such as lead generation, brand awareness, or product promotion.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Regularly track and analyze key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on social media performance to key stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and product development, to gather content and insights for social media use.
Stay Compliant:
- Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in social media marketing to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Preferred Skills:-
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Graphic design and basic video editing skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

· Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
· SMO: 1 year (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
· Delhi, Delhi: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
