Job Description

-Interact with customers to understand their service needs and provide comprehensive information
- Schedule service appointments and allocate resources efficiently to meet customer demand
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs
- Evaluate service quality and customer satisfaction, making recommendations for improvement
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and respectful manner

- Collaborate with the sales team to promote service packages and maintenance plans
